The Clubhouse Gallery

The West Hartford Art League’s Clubhouse Gallery offers a modern, open room for your event rental. The gallery has hardwood floors and comes with convenient access to free parking, usage of our kitchen space (including refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave and sink), bluetooth speakers, and handicap access. The Clubhouse has a capacity of 100 standing, and 60 seated. Catering and live music is available by hire.

The Clubhouse Classroom

Our Clubhouse classroom spans the length of the building and features two sets of French doors, and a full wall of windows. It is outfitted with 10 rectangular tables, chairs, and two sinks.

The Saltbox Gallery

The West Hartford Art League’s Saltbox Gallery is housed in a historic Saltbox built in the 1750’s. The gallery features a large stone fireplace in the center of the room and wood beams on the ceilings. The Saltbox comes with convenient access to free parking, usage of our kitchenette (including small refrigerator, stove top, sink and microwave), bluetooth speakers, and has handicap access. The Saltbox has a capacity of 100 standing, and 40 seated. Catering and live music is available by hire.

ART PARTIES

The West Hartford Art League offer parties for kids or adults of all ages in our Clubhouse classroom. Our party package includes an hour of teacher instruction for up to ten guests, and use of the room for an additional hour (for socializing and presents and cake). You will also have access to our full kitchen (including refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave and sink) for food and refreshments. You will be paired with an instructor based on the guests' ages and interests and a custom art project will be created just for your group.

Additional guests may be added for a per person fee. Availability is subject to our program scheduling.
